Returns & Exchanges

At My God Gift, we want you to shop with confidence. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• You received a damaged product.
• You received the wrong item.
• The product is defective on arrival.
• The product is incomplete or missing components.

To qualify for a return:

• The request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• Original packaging, labels, and invoice must be available.
• Photo or video proof may be requested for verification.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following situations:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received
• Manufacturing defect
• Missing item in the package

Once approved, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost (subject to product availability).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or incorrect:

• Opened Ayurvedic supplements
• Opened food products and spices
• Personal care products
• Products with broken safety seals
• Gift Cards
• Clearance or Sale Items

Return Process

Returning a product is simple:

1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
2. Share your order number along with clear photos or videos of the product.
3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
4. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.
5. After inspection, we will process your exchange or refund.

Refund for Returned Products

If your return is approved and a replacement is not possible:

• Your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is requested for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
